Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Specta Wallet. If you're not, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer. • Returns are sent to our fulfillment warehouse — contact us at support@shopspecta.com before returning, and we'll provide the correct address. • Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. • There is no restocking fee.

For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to the above.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@shopspecta.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
